6th Ave Electronics
There are a lot of electronics sites to choose from and I really have no loyalty to any of them. I always check multiple sites and whichever site can offer me the product that I want at the best price, is the place I buy it from. If the deal goes well I continue to check that site - if I get burned, I don't return. I am glad to say I will be returning to 6th Ave Electronics (6ave.com) soon.
GETTING AROUND THE SITE
It is easy to locate whatever you are looking for from the homepage. There are 9 main areas - each with multiple sub categories as well.

There is also a search option which works by keyword and product number. All of these follow you from area to area making it easy to jump around.
SHOPPING
When you go to a department, the different options will come up. In telephones for example, you have 4 options - Answering Machines, Cordless Phones, Multi-Line Phones or Corded Phones. Once you choose which sub category you want, you can choose to have them sorted by either price or brand.
When you find a product you are interested in you can click on either the products name or picture to get a larger picture, more details and a list of the product features..
To purchase an item, you simply click on the ADD TO CART button. You can then continue shopping or head over to checkout.
Once you are ready to checkout you need to give all the standard billing and mailing information. After picking a password, you will be able to have this information on file and save time checking out in the future.
After ordering you will get a confirmation email. You can track your order online.
SHIPPING
This is one of those sites that doesn't list their shipping cost - it is calculated based on product weight, the chosen shipping method and the zip code the order is sent to.
There are three shipping options available at 6ave.com ~
• UPS Next Day Air Saver, next-business-day
• UPS 2nd Day, 2-day; (end-of-day)
• UPS Ground, 1-6 business days
Note: Select products have 6¢ UPS Ground Shipping available! If the product qualifies, it will state that along with the product description. This shipping rate does not apply to all products or is it for only the higher priced ones.
