Yes, this purchase was difficult to make as it was hard to find - even to find the needed electrical, physical, and performance specifications. Mwave listed the lower priced "card only" product, with less features, using their site engine - but I found the proper page using a popular Epinions competitor search engine. Without mentioning the name - think Pricetool and remove the last four letters, replacing them with a G and six more (two "b", two "r", an "e", and "a"). Their engine listed a number of choices as usual, and it was also how I found the ATI product years ago at Mstar. But wait...over the weekend, Mwave updated their site to show this product only a bit further down the page with a full description.
For some reason, finding lower priced, hard to find, items can be difficult using sites at times - especially those newly released such as this one. But, once on the correct page, you can browse around Mwave to find many good buys on other products that are more easily found - often with good descriptions of their features. My purchase was not described well at Mwave at the time of purchase, but my previous time spent studying allowed me to know just what I was buying from Mwave by the manufacturer numbering provided. Again, their update after my purchase took care of the description for later visitors. That usually prevents the possible need to cancel orders, send back, or refuse a delivery, unless the order is damaged in transit. In such events, the buyer should first read Mwave's policy on returned items to prevent any confusion.

While I didn't find the need to contact their customer service, the site performance and order processing showed them to be almost on par with most of the better Online retailers.
Next time you go Internet browsing for a product, maybe you should catch a wave and surf the Mwave site also. They just might have what you want at a price you will like in their inventory - and they could be the only company offering that just released product you have in mind at a reasonable price. I found their prices to be very competitive among much of what I looked at on their site. Sorry NewEgg, ZipZoomFly, and Provantage, you just didn't have what I was looking for in stock when I was looking this time - and I'll have to shop the "wave" site also now when I start browsing the Internet for computer and electronics products.
